|| Ys Prototype ||

Ysprototype aims to conduct exploratory experiments, allowing players to piece together game mechanics on their own, establish game rules, and very likely modify or add any possible content through mods.

|| Mods Are Everything ||

All content will come entirely from mods, offering a high degree of customizability. And official content will also be released in the form of mods.

If you start the game without adding any mods, there will be nothing—it'll just be black when you enter. You'll have to restart and enable the mods.

But in the future, we'll likely include a very small built-in game within it.

|| Current Situation ||

Ysprototype is still in its early stages, with only a simple built-in mod manager and two official mods. One is an arena pack containing full content, and the other is a sandbox expansion pack based on the former (currently in development).

At the moment, only an embedded version is available.

Interact - F (In sandbox mode, you can collect small stones from the ground. This could be quite important.)

Item ability 1,2 - Mouse L,R(Could also be quite important.)

  • Deal with constantly spawning enemies and achieve a high score.

  • Chunk-based real-time map generation.
  • Collect resources, build structures (to be honest, not possible yet), and craft items.
